Los Angeles County has the second highest number of people with AIDS in the nation. The money you raise will allow AIDS Project
Los Angeles to provide food, home health care, and other vital AIDS services to support people living with HIV/AIDS.

Each training program volunteer must commit to raising $3,000.  If you are a bit intimidated by this requirement, you're not alone.  But believe it or not, you can do it.   In fact, you'll be surprised at how willing people are to support you.  All you have to do   is ask.

Once you register, you'll be assigned a Program Rep, a member of our staff who will help guide you every step of the way.  In the past seven years, our volunteers have raised more than $55 million for the fight to end AIDS.  Their efforts have dramatically improved the lives of people living with HIV/AIDS, and forever changed their own.

Volunteers who raise $3,000 will receive marathon registration, round-trip air travel, and hotel accommodations in Waikiki.  You will also receive the complete training program including Running Coaches, training materials, fundraising assistance, and weekly group runs.
