The money you raise will provide vital AIDS service.

Los Angeles County has the second highest number of people with AIDS in the nation. The money you raise will allow AIDS Project           Los Angeles to provide food, home health care, and other vital AIDS services to support people living with HIV/AIDS.

The key is to set a goal.
Then make a plan.
We will help you!

Each training program volunteer must commit to raising $2,400. If you are a bit intimidated by this requirement, you're not alone. But believe it or not, you can do it.    In fact, you'll be surprised at how willing people are to support you. All you have to do is ask.

Once you register, you'll be assigned a Program Rep, a member of our staff who will help guide you every step of the way. In the past ten years, our volunteers have raised more than $80 million for the fight to end AIDS. Their efforts have dramatically improved the lives of people living with HIV/AIDS, and forever changed their own.

Volunteers who raise at least $2,400 will receive marathon registration for the 2008 San Francisco Marathon or Half Marathon, roundtrip airfare and hotel accommodations in San Francisco as well as the complete training program including Running Coach, training materials, fundraising assistance, and weekly group runs.
