National AIDS Marathon Training Program

Register for the AIDS Marathon Training Program

Participants in The San Francisco Bay Area will be training for the following events:

San Francisco Marathon or Half Marathon

Training Season
February 16, 2008 - August 3, 2008

Registration Fee
$95 for New Participants; $50 for AIDS Marathon Alumni

There are two convenient ways to register for the AIDS Marathon Training Program -- You can register online (requires an additional $4.75 processing fee to Active.com) or register via mail or fax.

If you are interested in registering for our Advanced Training Program, please check that box on the registration form. After registering, you will receive a phone call from one of our Program Reps to see if you meet the necessary prerequisites to participate in the Advanced Training.

Orientation Meetings
We encourage all new participants to attend an orientation meeting. At the orientation, you’ll learn about important aspects of training for a marathon such as nutrition, proper hydration, injury prevention, and running apparel. You’ll also be assigned a Running Coach and a Program Rep. They’ll be with you every step of the way – to provide you with training, support, and motivation…and to remind you what an incredible thing you are doing to help people living with HIV/AIDS.

The National AIDS Marathon is being conducted for charitable purposes by Walk-The-Talk Productions, a Commercial Fundraiser registered with the California Attorney General pursuant to Section 12599 of the Government Code.
